Little National Hotel expands into Adelaide

Following the successes of both Little National in Canberra and Sydney, the Adelaide outpost is the latest from Australian-based DOMA Group.

Little National Hotel Adelaide is the fourth in the DOMA Hotels affordable luxury boutique chain, with Newcastle slated for opening end of 2023. DOMA are working closely again with leading architects from Bates Smart to deliver the distinctive Little National brand.

The Adelaide Hotel occupies all of its 23-story structure at 100 North Terrace. With 18 levels of hotel accommodation including a mix of standard Little National Hotel Rooms and ‘big’ rooms including one and two bedroom suites. Crowned by a two storey bar and lounge with 360-degree panoramic views. Rooms have predominantly uninterrupted views to the north and south with our eastern facing rooms enjoying views of private gardens reminiscent of the Canberra and Sydney properties.

“Conveniently placed within walking distance of the Adelaide Convention Centre, Adelaide Oval, and all the food and beverage facilities of the Leigh and Peel laneways as well as the emerging Hindley Street entertainment facilities including the Hindley Street Music Hall,” Mr Lonergan said. “If you are visiting for business or pleasure, Little National has it all in a heartbeat’.

Comprising of 228 rooms, Little National offers affordable luxury to all in an efficient space that requires no compromises. Guest rooms are compact yet use spatial planning and generously proportioned sleeping spaces to ensure each guest is wrapped in comfort. Bolstered by a rooftop bar and lounge on the top two levels with uninterrupted 360-degree views of the Adelaide Hills, ocean and riverfront parklands. Adelaide’s version of the signature complimentary Little National Hotel Lounge on Level 22 for hotel guests, which will complement three meeting rooms located at Level 1. A publicly accessible bar with outdoor terrace will be located on Level 23.

Health and wellbeing are fundamental to the Little National brand. Located on level 2, a 250sqm commercial grade gym facility fitted with Technogym equipment will be accessible to all hotel guests.
