DOMA and Kenyon Investments formed a joint venture to acquire and develop 15 Sydney Avenue Barton - near the Parliamentary Triangle, delivering a new purpose-built headquarters for the Australian Taxation Office with a 33,000sqm pre-commitment.

The vision for this site is to create a standalone next generation PCA ‘A’ grade cross laminated timber building erected on a concrete basement over two levels and transfer level.The premises are proposed on the balance of the site fronting National Circuit where Doma has already established the Little National Hotel, Barton.

The ACT Government conducted a two stage competitive tender process and Doma was selected as the preferred developer to Design, Construct and manage the new building with a 20-year nominated Gross lease back arrangement.
