Doma Hotels hailed at the 2018 AHA ACT Awards
The 2018 Australian Hotels Association ACT Awards for Excellence applaud outstanding achievements in the hotel and hospitality industry.
Canberra’s leading licensed venues, accommodation hotels and outstanding employees have been commended at the Australian Hotels Association (AHA) 2018 ACT Awards for Excellence at the National Convention Centre on Monday 23 July.
Canberra’s hotel industry leaders, hoteliers and special guests attended the annual Awards event, hosted by Tim Shaw, to celebrate all aspects of Canberra’s vibrant hotel and hospitality sector.
Doma Hotels took out several top awards, winning across seven categories;
- Brassey Hotel, Best New/Redeveloped Hotel
- Buvette Bistro & Wine Bar, Best Hotel Restaurant
- Maria Estanillo, Buvette Bistro & Wine Bar,Best Restaurant Service Employee
- Little National Hotel, Best First Class Accomodation
- Little National Hotel,Best Environmental Practice
- David Utschink, Little National Hotel, Best Front of House Employee
- Hotel Realm, Best Deluxe Accommodation
Doma Hotels Director of Hotels, Patrick Lonergan said the prestigious Awards hailed hotels and restaurants that demonstrated outstanding services, accommodation, entertainment, food and beverage.
