In September 2022, Doma secured a 15 year pre-commitment lease to the Australian Taxation Office for a new PCA ‘A’ grade 33,000sqm NLA office due for completion in mid-2025. The project has been forward funded by Charter Hall who will take possession and become the Landlord upon completion. This will be Doma’s third project for the ATO and our sixth Commonwealth office.
The project is to be delivered by our preferred builder, Bloc who will deliver the Base Building works and possibly the ATO Fitout should the Commonwealth elect to do an Integrated Fitout.
