Ivan Domazet
Chairman
Ivan Domazet is the Chairman of Doma. With over 38 years of construction experience in the ACT, much of it in multi-unit residential construction, Ivan has the most experience in building of any member of our team.

Jure Domazet
Managing Director
Before joining Doma, Jure worked in commercial finance with a national bank and also as a commercial lawyer with a national law firm. He joined Doma in 1998 and has directed the Group’s involvement in residential, hotel, commercial, car parking and mixed-use developments. Jure’s push into large scale urban infill development has seen the Group become a specialist in the ACT in this area of the industry, with this experience now being applied outside of the ACT in precincts such as Honeysuckle, Newcastle.
Jure has steered Doma through some of the largest and complex deals in Canberra. He directed the redevelopment of the Hotel Realm Precinct, Doma’s numerous developments at the Kingston Foreshore and Doma’s development of the Woden Town Centre; namely the Sirius Building for the Department of Health and Ageing and Aviation House for various Commonwealth Departments.
He has also overseen the collection of a significant investment property portfolio spread across office buildings, hotels and car parks. This stable balance sheet with its underlying cash flow enables Doma to participate in larger developments in a strategic manner, best exemplified by the staged roll out and expansion of the Realm Precinct.

Matthew Clowry
Chief Operating Officer
Matthew joins Doma following 23 years experience in a variety of management roles across Australia, Asia and Europe within banking, financial services and industry sectors.
Matthew previously managed the People function for Societe Generale Asiapac and was a member of their Management Committee. Matthew brings a diverse range of skills including finance, human resources, corporate governance and general management.
Qualifications
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a member of CPA Australia.

Sachin Mehta
Chief Finance Officer
Joining Doma in 2016 as Group Financial Controller, Sachin holds over 10 years’ experience in accounting, financial management, reporting and compliance within a local and international context.
At Doma, Sachin is responsible for managing the finance function of the Group. Sachin supports the Executive and Development team by providing the financial information to assist with the strategic planning and decision making of the Group including financing and structuring of Doma’s investments and developments.
Before joining Doma, Sachin worked for a technology company listed on London Stock Exchange as well as multiple not-for profit organisations in Canberra.
Sachin is a member of CA Australia and NZ, holds a Master of Commerce from the Central Queensland University, and Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Chris Farrington
Director of Development
Chris joined Doma in 2011 as a Development Manager, delivering large scale and design driven developments across all sectors including residential, commercial, hotel and retail. Highly regarded for his integrity and leadership, Chris leads teams to deliver some of Canberra and Newcastle’s most prestigious developments. Chris believes in the value of cultivating a partnership between Doma’s developments and their local communities, respecting both people and place.
Chris has extensive experience in the real estate and development industry, with over 15 years managing mixed use, residential, commercial and hotel developments in Queensland, NSW and the ACT. Chris has a multidisciplinary background in asset and facility management, finance, and development, which adds a wealth of knowledge to his approach.
Qualifications
Chris holds a Bachelor of Property and Sustainable Development from Bond University, a Diploma of Building and Construction, and a Diploma of Project Management.

Sandra Wade
Investment Portfolio Manager
As our longest serving employee, Sandra has been with Doma since 1998 when she took up the position of finance manager.
With a strong background in banking and finance, Sandra’s management and organisational skills are now applied to a broad range of the Groups activities chiefly in managing the investment portfolio, but also assisting in the areas of finance, residential sales, commercial leasing, legal and general administration of all Doma’s operations.

Martina Males
Director of Marketing
Martina has been with Doma for 16 years and is responsible for executing marketing strategies to present the cosmopolitan and stylish public face of the Doma brand locally, nationally and internationally. With the growth of the group, Martina’s role expanded to managing the branding, marketing and communications of all property developments for Doma including hotels, residential and commercial.
With over 19 years experience in advertising and marketing, Martina’s experience in leading the delivery of innovative marketing and communication strategies is highly regarded. Martina is passionate about exploring and executing new strategies across brand positioning, internal communication, content production, marketing campaigns and digital.
Martina’s keen eye, and preeminent skills in marketing and communication is evident in the success of the group’s hotels and developments. Under Martina’s stewardship, the hotels have won a succession of marketing awards and gained a national profile. She has instigated a number of highly influential campaigns and overseen the creation of an in-house publishing arm through the Little National Post boutique newspaper.
Qualifications
Martina holds a Bachelor of Advertising & Marketing, Graduate Certificate in Marketing and a Graduate Certificate of Law from the Australian University of Australia (ANU). She is also a member of the Marketing Professionals of the Australian Marketing Institute.

Lucie Hood
Director of Human Resources
As the HR Director for Doma, Lucie is responsible for the overall management and execution of the company’s people strategy. This includes oversight of all Doma’s recruitment, talent management, learning and development, employee relations and training initiatives across its hotel and group operations. Bringing her strong leadership skills, Lucie is a pragmatic and commercially minded HR practitioner who thrives of maximising people and talent outcomes for organisational success.
With a national career spanning over 15 years, Lucie has worked in a variety of senior human resource roles across the property, hotel, mining, and construction sectors. Lucie has a strong working knowledge and understanding of employment and workplace health and safety legislation, as well as proven experience in the delivery of positive health and wellbeing outcomes across organisations. She is accomplished at leading and driving business improvement initiatives, including performance and talent management, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement, all of which aligns with Doma’s “people first” approach.
Lucie’s passion and energy for delivering outcomes and cultivating long lasting relationships has her highly regarded in her field. Previously, she has been selected by ministerial appointment to represent business on the ACT Workplace Health and Safety Council. She currently holds a non-executive board Director position and is a member of the Australian Institute of Human Resource Management.
Lucie holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) and Masters Human Resources and Employment Relations.

Alex Moulis
Director Development, Hotels
Alex has been with DOMA since 2015 and over this time has naturally gravitated to the hotel arm of the business.
Over this time, Alex has been the key driver on hotel capital works program, restaurant and bars and responsible for the delivery of growing the Little National Hotel portfolio.
Alex’s broad experience in the property and construction industry has given him valuable and practical skills to deliver and manage large scale commercial, retail and residential development and construction. Since starting in the industry in 2010, Alex has worked for global retail developers Westfield, and the Doma’s key construction partners BLOC. Alex’s valuable experience has given him a comprehensive understanding of the importance of buildability to development projects.

David Carey
Senior Development Manager
David has recently rejoined DOMA as a Senior Development Manager after previously spending nine years with the company. Originally joining in 2011, David was responsible for overseeing commercial, retail, and residential developments across Canberra and NSW. With over 20 years of experience in the property and construction industry, his expertise in contract management has been crucial in ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
David brings extensive experience in leading and managing large-scale projects throughout the entire property development lifecycle. Before joining DOMA in 2011, he worked in the UK with the English Football Association and the London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games, as well as serving as a quantity surveyor for some of Europe’s largest contractors. This background has equipped him with a deep understanding of the diverse expectations involved in property development.
David holds a Bachelor of Comparative Literary Studies (Hons) from the University of Kent and a Post Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying from the University College of Estate Management, UK.

James Allsopp
Commercial Manager
James joined Doma as Commercial Manager with over 30 years’ experience in property and construction. James has managed and delivered significant projects in the commercial, government, residential, aged care and hospitality sectors. As Commercial Manager, James is responsible for management of the Doma commercial function, at both a project and portfolio level. He brings extensive experience having worked in the domestic and international construction industries and having delivered projects from the client side and for contracting companies. James has considerable proficiency in claim resolution, risk management, stakeholder engagement and financial reporting.

Geoff Dimarhos
Senior Development Manager
Geoff joined DOMA in 2017 working within the development team to bring various residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects to fruition in Canberra and Newcastle. Geoff’s background in the property industry spans 15 years having first commenced as a property lawyer specialising in property, planning and development law.
His focus with DOMA has been on residential mixed-use and office developments, encompassing commercial leasing and divestment strategies across retail, office, and childcare assets.
Geoff demonstrates a knack for feasibility analysis of master-planned mixed-use precincts. He excels in construction tendering and procurement, deftly handling technical complexities at every stage of the development lifecycle. Possessing a strong skillset in negotiating office leasing transactions, keenly aware of their impact on asset value. His multifaceted expertise positions him as a unique asset to the DOMA development team.

Adrian Wilkins
Senior Design Manager
With a passion for architecture and construction that spans over 15 years, Adrian brings a wealth of industry experience. Starting his career with a deep commitment to shaping the built environment across the ACT and NSW, with a focus on diverse projects spanning government, commercial, and residential developments. Adrian has had the privilege of leading the architectural design and documentation of several high-profile projects, leaving an indelible mark on the region’s urban landscape. Notable accomplishments include overseeing the rollout of ACT Fire & Ambulance stations, contributing to the design of the National Archives Preservation Facility in Mitchell, and playing a pivotal role in the development of the Civic Quarter Commercial office tower (CQ1) in Canberra.
Adrian’s dedication to excellence extends to managing multidisciplinary teams of design consultants on large-scale, multi-use residential precincts. Since joining Doma, Adrian is deeply involved in multiple projects. These include The Store, Newcastle, Yarralumla Brickworks Canberra and the ambitious Melrose precinct in Woden.

Matt Cuthbert
Senior Development Manager
Joining Doma in 2021, Matt has 15 years of experience in the property and construction industry. Having started his career with Lend Lease, Matt has a multidisciplinary background in construction, asset and facility management, and development, which enables him to approach his role as Development Manager with a clear understanding of the intricacies of a development project.
With development experience in large scale multi residential, mixed use, hotel, and adaptive reuse projects, Matt is committed to ensuring the utmost satisfaction of the end user.
Having experienced all aspects of the development lifecycle, Matt understands the importance of communication, innovation, and efficient and sustainable outcomes in the success of a project. Having worked on a number high-profile and complex projects in Canberra, Matt has extensive experience in managing cost parameters and stakeholder expectations throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Sean Kearney
Development Manager
Having worked in the construction and infrastructure sector, in both Government and Private organisations for around 15 years. Sean has solid experience across high-density residential, retail, commercial office, education, aged care, health and infrastructure. Joining Doma in 2018 to assist the group in realising their vision for an evolving cityscape in Newcastle NSW. Sean engages easily with colleagues, industry peers and consultants, maintaining strong positive direction for his developments and encouraging diverse teams to work collaboratively.
Sean enjoys the strategy, feasibility and modelling of potential developments at inception and also has astute knowledge and practice in the delivery phases of his projects. Sean is open and approachable, highly responsive and outcome focused, with a direct, up-front attitude to solving problems.
He is particularly valued for his understanding of design outcomes, his commercial acumen, strategic vision and his rigour in ensuring that the end user’s needs and objectives are met.

Nadia Hight
Development Manager
Nadia joined Doma in 2022 as an Assistant Development Manager bringing a diverse experience in both property and sustainability, with over 12 years working on complex projects across Australia and Europe.
Nadia believes in the development of adaptive and resilient assets and communities. Nadia has held multiple committee roles with the Property Council of Australia and currently sits on the ACT Social Sustainability Committee.
Qualifications
Nadia holds a Bachelor of Property & Real Estate (Economics) from Deakin University, is a Green Star Accredited Professional and IAP2 qualified.

Nikola Popovich
Project Manager
Nikola Popovich joins the Doma team with a track record of helping some of the city’s most valuable construction projects come to fruition.
With six year’s industry experience, Nikola was hired from Doma’s key construction partner BLOC, and now has the primary task of overseeing development of The Melrose precinct – a 11,212sqm site with 480 residential apartments across three stages and a PCA ‘A’ grade office building.
His strengths include risk management, quality and cost control and safety, while personal strengths include communication, time management and organisation, and a strong personal work ethic.
Qualifications
Nikola has a Bachelor of Building & Construction Management from the University of Canberra with a Major in Quantity Surveying and an ACT A Class Builders License.
Nikola’s most recent projects are varied in their size and scope, including SAP House, Wonder School Childcare, the Alexander & Albemarle Apartments, The Capitol Apartments, Monaro Mall Refurbishment, and the Downer Shops Refurbishment.

Stefan Vujic
Assistant Development Manager
Stefan joined Doma in 2024 after a successful four-year tenure with construction partner BLOC. With nine years of experience in the construction industry, Stefan now serves as Assistant Development Manager (ADM) at Doma.
Before joining Doma, Stefan gained extensive experience as both a Project Engineer and a Foreman, developing skills in preconstruction planning, consultant and subcontractor management, negotiation, and problem-solving. Stefan is known for effective communication and a keen eye for quality and cost control.
Armed with a Bachelor’s Degree in Building & Construction Management with a Major in Management, Stefan has a solid educational background to complement his practical experience.
Stefan’s contributions to major projects at BLOC, such as the DKSN Precinct and ATO Barton, highlight his commitment to excellence and ability to thrive in diverse environments.
With a passion for innovation and a drive for exceptional results, Stefan is set to play a key role in DOMA’s ongoing success in the property and development industry.

With over five enriching years in Melbourne’s design scene, Penelope honed a craft in high-end residential and commercial projects, specialising in both architecture and interior design – overseeing planning, concept design to the final touches of furniture curation and styling.
Penelope has delved into the world of hospitality design, collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders, translating visions into tangible spaces, blending architecture and interior design seamlessly.
Joining DOMA in January 2024, Penelope brings a diverse range of skills and experiences within the team, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating timeless spaces that resonate with people. Her education, which includes a Bachelor of Arts & Science with a major in Psychology from The University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Architecture from Monash University enables Penelope to craft human-centered designs that leave a lasting impact.

Alice Edwards
Development Coordinator
Alice joined Doma in 2023, bringing her expertise in design and architecture. Having worked on several major Australian hospitals including Canberra Hospital she has a key understanding of complex building typologies.
Alice is enthusiastic about prioritising human-centric design and exploring the interplay between social science and architecture. She aims to leverage the built environment’s potential to improve quality of life, well-being, and foster stronger community connections.
