Doma Group is set to reinvent Dickson with development approval to begin stage one of the
$160 million DKSN precinct. The development will combine work, life and play in one vibrant cultural precinct, transforming the old Dickson motor registry site. The meticulously designed precinct will ecompass one, two and three bedroom apartments, carefully curated restaurants and retail, and a state-of-the-art office building.

Doma Group’s Senior Development Manager, David Jameson, said the DKSN precinct will bring together Dickson’s best qualities with a fresh new vibe—challenging everything the community thought they knew about Dickson.

“DKSN features an intimate eat-street where gastro pubs meet Asian cuisine, a green public plaza, deli market, and local gym. With office and residential spaces that consider lifestyle without compromising on location—this precinct will create new life in this urban transport hub.” 

After receiving approval for stage one of this exciting precinct, Doma Group will now begin work to deliver the 13,200m2campus style and atria office space, basement carpark, and the mixed-use development including a first-floor childcare centre.

“We have worked very closely with Bate Smart architects to deliver a precinct that intelligently supports and adapts to the modern lifestyle.” Mr Jameson said. “The precinct boasts an impressive collection of amenities including a 90-place childcare facility, medical practice and the Melbourne inspired outdoor eat-street Challis Lane.”  

The ACT Government will anchor the 13,200m2office space with a 20 year lease while Access Canberra and a cafe are housed on the ground floor, benefiting from proximity to existing transport infrastructure.  

“Residents and tenants of the office space can rethink their commute, with the precinct situated on the doorstep of the Dickson light rail station and newly opened bus interchange.” explained Mr Jameson. “Less time in traffic, and more time to enjoy all that the precinct has to offer.”

Doma have partnered with another prominent developer, Englobo to deliver the residential and mixed use stages with stage one residential apartments to be marketed by Colliers International in August 2018. Registrations of interest can be made at
